谢职安，男，1959年生，北京联合大学外语部，教授，从事IT服务外包英语教学及研究何芳，女，1973年生，北京联合大学外语部，副教授，北京市中青年骨干教师，从事IT服务外包英语教学及研究本书的其他四位作者也都是有着多年英语教学与研究经验的教师，有扎实的理论基础，学风严谨。创作团队成员良好的学术背景保证了本书的写作质量。
