本书稿属于年度报告。自2016年起在我社连续出版。本年度报告系统梳理2017年中国在靠前法治的各个重要领域所表明的理念、坚持的原则和立场，以及采取的具体行动。《报告》（2017年）在体例上分为综述和专题两大部分。主要内容集中于中国2017年在国家间关系法治、靠前经济关系法治、靠前民商事关系法治以及靠前法海外传播领域参与的制度创建以及实践活动。其内容与中文版相对应。

FENG Jiehan is a professor of Law at WHU Law School and Deputy Director of WHU Institute of International Law. She has published monographs titled On Public Health and International Intellectual Property and On Public Health Crisis and the Reform of WTO Intellectual Property Regime: Focus on TRIPs. She also translated the book International Law published by Wolters Kluwer Law & Business.
