《欧洲人权法院判例指南》选择并收录了欧洲人权法院对《欧洲人权公约》中所保护的十项具体权利或原则的相关判例的指南。指南是欧洲人权法院以各项公约权利或原则为中心,对相关经典判例作出的回顾和总结,以及对相关权利和原则涉及的方方面面的法律问题作出的权威解释。对欧洲人权法院自身具有指导性的作用,也促进了《欧洲人权公约》中各项权利的法理学发展。本书由欧洲人权法院授权中国人民大学法学院和中国人民大学人权研究中心将指南的英文原版翻译成中文。为了避免重复,本书涉及的每一项权利和原则之后所附的相关案例索引没有在中文部分进行翻译,读者可在英文部分阅读。本书的部分中文文本已经被欧洲人权法院官方网站收录,成为各项指南的官方中文译本。作为世界上*的国际人权保护机制的监督机构,欧洲人权法院的经典判例对各国都具有很强的参考价值。我们期望本书有助于我国读者加深对人权法的理解,并成为人权法或宪法等专业学者和学生的好用的工具书。
